What does a Mind Spa Session Look Like?

Relaxation. Peace of Mind. Access to your inner wisdom. Confidence. Freedom from past fears and future worries. 

Really, our Mind Spa Session will look like whatever you want. 

I begin sessions by giving you space to vent and share whatever’s on your mind. I’ll then guide you into a relaxed state where your subconscious is open to change using a powerful blend of energy and hypnotherapy techniques that I personalize to you and your journey. 

From there, we begin the work of freeing you from the past, so you can embrace the profound beauty, joy, peace, and purpose available to you in the present.

The good news — all you have to do is sit back and relax. I’ll take it from there.

Maybe you’ll go on a visualization journey deep within where you can connect with your inner guide and discover your purpose. Or perhaps our session will focus more on anchoring your mind in unwavering calm that lasts through the month. 

Every journey is different and is shaped around and for you.

Hypnotherapy

With hypnotherapy, I help create space within to let go of what’s stopping you from inner clarity and calm. Hypnotherapy can be especially helpful in moving through stubborn blocks, so you can easily access your intuition, motivation, and peace.

Anchoring

Using hypnotherapy techniques, I’ll help ground your mental space in relaxation and inner peace. Anchoring your mind in the space can make it easier to face stress with confidence and set calm as your default mode for the rest of the month.

Guided Visualizations

Guided visualizations can be incredibly inspiring and enlightening experiences. You can think of this it as a guided meditation that helps you meet your inner guide so you can connect with your innate wisdom and inner knowing of what’s best for you. 

Energy Work

Using Reiki and other energy techniques I realign your Chakras and create a space of mental ease and peace for you to relax. No stress, no fear, no anxiety — just a blanket of reassuring and nourishing peace that rejuvenates you for the rest of the month.

Whether you’re here for your monthly mind massage or have a specific focus in mind, where we go in our session is defined by You.
